Refund Policy

TravelWith offers paid subscriptions that include additional features. Our refund policy differs based on whether you subscribed in-app (through the TravelWith iOS app) or through the TravelWith web app.

In-App Subscriptions

We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made on iOS via the Apple App Store -- this is a limitation of Apple's App Store. If you purchased a subscription through the App Store, please contact Apple support.

Web Subscriptions

If you subscribed directly through the TravelWith web app, you can request a refund within 7 calendar days of your most recent subscription payment.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account your usage of paid subscription features. We may offer full or pro-rated refunds depending on the extent of feature usage. In cases where significant use of paid features has occurred, we reserve the right to decline refund requests. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
